About Me
During my time at university, I faced the same hurdles that you may be facing now - late nights, tight deadlines, and finding time for exercise when you're overloaded with tasks. It was during this time that I realised how crucial it was to make fitness an integral part of my lifestyle, because I knew how much better I felt when I did. It's now my mission to help people like you transform your health in a way that fits your lifestyle.​​

I'm not going to claim to be the BEST personal trainer you've ever seen, because I'm still new to the field. But what I can promise you is I'll be 100% dedicated to helping you succeed, and you can get your first session with me completely free of charge. If you're not happy, I'm not happy.
I operate out of Snap Fitness in Truro and alongside offering in-person training, I also offer online coaching.​​​​​​​

Here are the key principles I stick to with any client I work with to ensure you make sustainable, long-term change...
Make Fitness Enjoyable
The perfect programme is useless if you can't stick to it. Together we'll identify the exercises you enjoy to make you excited to show up to the gym for each session.
Small, Incremental Progress
Progress takes time. And yes, it can be frustrating. But aiming for quick wins with crash diets never works.
Find Balance
What's the point of working hard in the gym if you can't enjoy yourself now and again? You can allow yourself to the "unhealthy" foods you enjoy, but here's the key... in MODERATION!
